This whole story seems a bit strange to me.

I guess Tesla, Space Ex and the Boring Company don’t need too much of his time anymore if he wants to serve on the board of Twatter.

Why only a Class II director? Bwahaha! Musk is having a great impact at Twitter already.

This is good for us.

If he wants to take Twitter private and then do a reoffering of public securities after fixing it up, he can resign his board seat, tear up the agreement, and BOOM.

An unstoppable force. Popcorn time.

Perhaps Musk will demonstrate the financial advantages of moving Twitter HQ to Texas.

Since the USA is becoming more like China and Russia every day, Fed.gov will bring all their lawfare and regulatory power to bear on Musk and his businesses. No doubt the SEC will become more active against Musk, coordinated by the DOJ

“Musk knows exactly what he’s doing.”

Yep, he’ll get his 14.9%, then resign from the board, and build up from there.

Some chains are meant to be pulled. For Musk to remain passive... it ain’t gonna happen.

For years now, I’ve been wondering where the wealthy people who are somewhat rational with traditional values are, (aside from Trump)? They tried to convince us that the Koch brothers were conservative forces, ha!

I am exceedingly pleased that a rational person of means has stepped into the public ring. Musk is more a man of action than of words. It’s so refreshing.

Yep, over two years he'll manage to remove the radical Lefties and keep some moderates on the board and identify the best way to take over the company. Unless he can convince the board to actually steer the company from the brink of the anti-American anti-Constitution company it has become.

I heard he made them put Trump back on Twitter. Apparently Trump tweeted last night. Can anyone verify?
