It would make more sense to provide free vasectomies and tubal ligations. Prevent stupid, lazy, or ignorant people from having children they will never be able to feed, clothe, or house.

As President, I will pass an EO mandating birth control in exchange for government care. In addition, I will force vax them every 2 weeks until there is no need for government care. SC should be fine with it.
