This is no more, and no less, an infringement than: Books having more than 10 pages should be banned. Religious organizations having more than 10 members should be banned. Public speeches having more than 10 words should be banned. Public assemblies having more than 10 participants should be banned.
If you’re not ok with those, you shouldn’t be ok with magazine bans >10 capacity.
You’re preaching logic to a cult which truly believes the US Constitution outlines citizens’ rights, rather than limiting government.
To quote one of my favorite movies,
