The big stores won’t ship them to the state. We have to deal with this in MA.
Ours is more strict. You are not even supposed to own high capacity mags that were made after the original AWB in 1994.
But old pre ban mags are available everywhere.
Its a stupid rule and people laugh about it at the gun range.

I would imagine most mail-order places keep track of states that ban standard-capacity magazines and simply won’t ship them to you. If you bring them in from another state where they are legal you are violating the ‘importing’ part of the law, but since magazines don’t carry date of manufacture, you can likely get away with it.

People in Oregon used to do road trips to California to buy Coors beer. No big deal for Washingtonians to zip down to Portland for some PMags.
