Hope they got better generators for those pumps at the power plants this time. >.<
Some train derailments, a 7-inch tsunami, hopefully nothing worse.
Awaiting Fukushima v.2.
Not earthquake…Godzirra!
Was not a thing wrong with those pumps.
It was the place where they installed them that was wrong.
Well I searched “earthquake” and couldn’t believe nothing had been posted, that’s because it had been posted!

😂🙌🌋 Shakin’ all over.
It was a real shaker even while I sitting at the river having a smoke and a drink. Usually when out for a walk it is hard to notice a quake, but this one made the city rattle and groan. Some areas are still out of power near my place, but not at my place. 7.3 is big, but not a problem. I imagine some areas will still be without power tomorrow morning. Fun stuff.
Arigatou; don’t do twitter but I’m watching NHK World going wall to wall with coverage and some of the video reminds me of the Kanto quakes I experienced many moons ago.
The Fukishima generators were adequate, they just needed to be elevated about 30’ higher than they were.
Thank you for your report from the ground! I heard on the news 2 pumps went out at Fukushima, is it holding ok?
No idea. I’m still out drinking and smoking at the river.
You have a good plan.
Well, it is earthquake season again. Remember it was mid-March when the 2011 quake and tsunami occurred.
“No idea. I’m still out drinking and smoking at the river.”
Lol... Keep on rolling on... :)
