It is all part of the Great Reset.
Impoverishment of the middleclass for the greater good.
The fascist mouthpiece, Washington Compost, shouting “Squirrel”.
Altogether now......
Okay, I know that the prevailing thought these days is that the current rise in gas prices is due to the left’s “climate change” policies, their desire to move to “sustainable energy”, or the war in Ukraine. But, I don’t think that is the purpose of pushing gas and diesel prices up to the point where the average worker cannot afford to pay them. Call me a conspiracy nut if you wish, but I see something different at work here.
For the last two years, the government (the deep state, not President Trump or his administration per se) has used COVID-19 as an excuse to isolate us from direct contact with each other thus greatly restricting our ability to meet, talk, and communicate with others. Our communications during this time were, in most cases, only through the internet or via telephone which, as we have seen, could be closely monitored and scrutinized.
During this time, the mainstream media and major internet platforms colluded to silence thought that they considered “inappropriate” or did not agree with their party line. This effort involved their “fact checkers” who were set up to the sole arbiters of what they considered to be “truth”. They even went so far as to censor a former President of the United States while allowing Iranian Mullahs and the President of Russia to continue to communicate. Through this, our ability to interact with each other openly was further restricted.
Then, as the current administration came into power, there was the January 6th incident at the Capitol. This has and is being used to demonize the communications between groups of citizens concerned over the inconsistencies we saw during the last election. They haves since used this incident to spy on communications between individual citizens in the US and thus make people afraid to communicate freely between themselves. This has led many in the country to fear saying anything that might be taken out of context or misconstrued to brand them as “racist”, “homophobic”, or “seditious”. Thus, our communications are further being restricted.
Now, with the apparent end of the COVID “crisis”, comes the sudden extreme rise in fuel prices. This will limit most people’s ability to travel to an extreme degree. Airline prices will rise dramatically, the price to fill up your car to take even the shortest trip will be too high, getting to and from work will be difficult, and even the cost of public transportation can soon be expected to rise. Add to this the prices of food and goods that were already spiraling out of control which can be expected to rise even more quickly due to added transportation costs.
This will set most Americans back on their heels. Those who even have time to think are not able to communicate those ideas and opinions except through government approved and monitored channels. No, this is not about “climate change” concerns or about a war halfway around the planet from America. This is about control.
Just my two cents.
But not enough of the to make him the legitimate president.🤔
From the article: “The good news is we now have a very specific reason for rising gas prices and a specific villain,” said Celinda Lake, who served as one of Biden’s top campaign pollsters in 2020 and currently polls for Biden-aligned groups. “Before, it was kind of ambiguous: What’s going on? Why are gas prices going up?”
Lake added that Putin is “a villain that we agree on and the Republicans are divided on,” alluding to divisions in the GOP between some, like former president Donald Trump, who have praised Putin and others, like McConnell, who have been critical of the Russian leader.
