Those ballots are almost certain not to have been in the
proper forms of custody since the election day.
There should be a deadline. Ballots are not in by 12 hours
after the polls close, they are instantly invalidated.

A whole bunch of Harris County judges that have been letting repeat offenders out on PR bonds were defeated in this election, at least prior to these ballots being “found.” Wonder if that will change?

And there never seems to be any effective process corrective action taken to preclude a repeat of this violation of public trust. Is there any “public trust” in Chicago? In New York? Philadelphia?
