Fortunately, the Obama-Biden-Trump-Biden NRC and DOE funded and sponsored a Emergency Federal Response Center - Specifically to respond to any nuclear plant "unplanned" emergency like what happened to Fukishima after their earthquake and tsunami. (Any kind of regional accident - not just tsunamis or earthquakes.

...Unfortunately, they put their Emergency Response Supply Center right on this fault in Memphis TN.LOL! I've recently moved into the Danger Zone, but I'm not too concerned because I've always lived in Earthquake Danger Zones. Los Angeles, Central Utah, Las Vegas, St Louis, and now Little Rock.
I can't even count the earthquakes I've been in, but I prefer them to tornados.
