Pictures have emerged from the streets of Ukraine showing the smouldering wrecks of Russian tanks destroyed amid brutal urban fighting as Putin's invasion of his neighbour continues.
Huge convoys of Russian armour have rumbled into several Ukrainian cities, only to be met with fierce resistance as well-armed troops used a mixture of their own and NATO-supplied anti-tank weapons to wreak havoc on the invaders.
Some of the most shocking images of the devastation inflicted on Russian armour came from the town of Bucha on the outskirts of Kyiv, where an entire column of tanks and armoured vehicles were obliterated.
Taken yesterday, the pictures show how the burnt-out husks and charred debris from the vehicles had completely blocked one of Bucha's main roads, a mere 20 miles from the centre of the capital.

Someone explain why that “forty mile long” column of vehicles just north of Kiev was not somehow, someway attacked or even harassed. Simply makes no sense

They have outliers (troops), air cover, plus anti-air missile batteries, plus 10-20,000 troops in the vehicles, not to mention state-of-the-art jammers to put the drones out of action.
Ukraine drones can only pack 4 bombs at a time. There was one long distance image that seemed to show one or two vehicles burning, but may have been just heavy exhaust smoke.
Besides, its easier to pick them off when they abandon their vehicles - those vehicles not destroyed are towed off by some farmer or tow company and reused by the U. Army. They have a fuel issue that precludes movement - they are effectively neutralized, so why waste time when there are more pressing fights to use their limited resources on?
Explosions and fires don’t leave a canopy of trees unscathed.

Are the pictures even real
Everyone here would like to see the Russians lose and lose lots of tanks. They probably will lose the tanks but not the war. Putin has Stalin as a model. In WW II two German Tigers took out 70+ T 38s but Stalin didn’t care and won. Putin doesn’t care either.
This isn’t a video game.
The real question for me is why would anyone not believe we are bathed in propaganda, on both sides?
You are incorrect, they are using at least a 200mm lens with a f/5.6 stop which makes it looks like the closer trees are in line with the tank. This is a very long depth of field.
Regardless of whether these are ‘real’ pictures or not - we can agree that they are *pictures*.
There are more soldiers in *this* war working diligently behind desktops running the photoshop app, that in the streets with guns.
PHOTOSHOPPED! In the first pic you posted the adjacent trees are unscathed after the tanks were bombed, setting them on fire.
Can’t argue with the “EXPERTS” now can we.
The trees are clearly charred in the photo.
Quit trying to affirm your fake narratives and go with reality for a change.
Aren't you the person who posts AI-altered photos of celebrities saying they are drinking the blood of children to make themselves young? And presents them as "real" evidence?
