i saw that too. IMO, this “quiet” leak is a toothless sound byte. No change in the Biden Adm hamstringing US oil production.

Meanwhile he (the US, in general) is still buying more than half a million barrels a day, from Russia.
This is all idiocy. The strategic reserve is supposed to be there to see us through emergencies, not score political points for a couple of days.
