Investigator recommends Wisconsin should weigh decertifying 2020 vote

MADISON, Wis. — The special counsel investigating Wisconsin's 2020 election said Tuesday that the state Legislature should "take a very hard look at the option of decertification of the 2020" presidential election.

The release of investigator Michael Gableman's 136-page "interim report" comes amid a nationwide GOP effort to reshape elections following President Joe Biden's victory over Donald Trump.

The report was met with bipartisan criticism.

Republican Assembly Majority Leader Jim Steineke immediately rejected the call to decertify the election, saying it was a "fool's errand."

"Still not legal under Wisconsin law," Steineke tweeted. "Beyond that, it would have no practical impact b/c there is no Constitutional way to remove a sitting president other than through impeachment or incapacity. Fools errand. Focus on the future."

Ann Jacobs, the Democratic chair of the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission, tweeted that Gableman was promoting a "crazy conspiracy theory."

She tweeted that decertification was "IMPOSSIBLE. NOT LEGAL."

The report outlined ways that Gableman believed Biden's win could be decertified, but it also said doing that would not have any legal consequence.

"It would not, for example, change who the current President is," the report said.

It's AP reporting - take with a grain of salt. I listened to this life. Gableman was RIVETING, on-point, clear and concise.

Our Wisconsin votes were STOLEN!

"The center awarded more than $10 million in grants to more than 200 communities in Wisconsin, including heavily Republican areas. However, the bulk of the money, about $8.8 million, went to the state's five largest and heavily Democratic cities. It was part of $350 million given out nationally. The foundation is run by Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan."

It’s too late for all that. They have their wobble
hood ornament aka Biden installed in place.
Besides, we have already walked the gaunlet of Judge after Judge saying we have No Standing, and thus refusing to hear any such case. What has changed?

MORE:

Gableman listed eight items he refers to as “unlawful conduct and irregularities.”

1. Election officials’ use of absentee ballot drop boxes in violation of Wis. Stat. § 6.87(4)(b)1 and § 6.855;

2. The Center for Tech and Civic Life’s $8,800,000 Zuckerberg Plan Grants being run in the Cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, 8 Kenosha and Green Bay constituting Election Bribery Under Wis. Stat. § 12.11;

3. WEC’s failing to maintain a sufficiently accurate WisVote voter database, as determined by the Legislative Audit Bureau;

4. The Cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha and Green Bay engaging private companies in election administration in unprecedented ways, including tolerating unauthorized users and unauthorized uses of WisVote private voter data under Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) policies, such as sharing voter data for free that would have cost the public $12,500;

5. As the Racine County Sheriff’s Office has concluded, WEC unlawfully directed the municipal clerks not to send out the legally required special voting deputies to nursing homes, resulting in many nursing homes’ registered residents voting at 100% rates and many ineligible residents voting, despite a guardianship order or incapacity;

6. Unlawful voting by wards-under-guardianship left unchecked by Wisconsin election officials, where WEC failed to record that information in the State’s WisVote voter database, despite its availability through the circuit courts—all in violation of the federal Help America Vote Act.

7. WEC’s failure to record non-citizens in the WisVote voter database, thereby permitting non-citizens to vote, even though Wisconsin law requires citizenship to vote—all in violation of the Help America Vote Act. Unlawful voting by non-citizens left unchecked by Wisconsin election officials, with WEC failing to record that information in the State’s WisVote voter database; and

8. Wisconsin election officials’ and WEC’s violation of Federal and Wisconsin Equal Protection Clauses by failing to treat all voters the same in the same election.

Gableman writes, “This Report is not intended to reanalyze the re-count that occurred in late 2020. And the purpose of this Report is not to challenge certification of the Presidential election, though in Appendix II we do sketch how that might be done. Any decisions in that vein must be made by the elected representatives of the people, that is, the Wisconsin Legislature. Yet it is clear that Wisconsin election officials’ unlawful conduct in the 2020 Presidential election casts grave doubt on Wisconsin’s 2020 Presidential election certification.”

So arrest the perps and put them away. Nothing will ever be done about overturning 2020.

"Beyond that, it would have no practical impact...

It would have a very practical impact. It would convince the public that the election was stolen and that Biden is illegitimate, and it would make liberals foam at the mouth with rage.

Both are worthy goals.

The nation needs to learn it's president is fake and that Donald Trump actually won the election.

Nothing HAS changed, nothing will reverse the election...BUT Socialists in Wisconsin ARE on notice that we’re not letting this one go.

Also - Zuckerturd and his ilk have started a legal defense fund for any of our election officials that end up charged with anything. That certainly sends a message, doesn’t it? “Here’s a bunch of MONEY so you can rig the election. If you get CAUGHT, here’s some more money and we’ll bail you out!”

B@stards!

Judge Gableman made such a stunning argument for their arrests or at a minimum, FIRINGS - they BROKE WISCONSIN LAW over and over and over again in the 2020 Election! People in nursing homes were ‘voting’ who were so whacked out they hadn’t voted IN TEN YEARS! Nursing Homes were turning in 100% participation ballots! Socialists were ballot harvesting and local parks! ILLEGAL Drop Boxes were everywhere! ILLEGALS were ‘voting’! PRISONERS were ‘voting’!

So, it ain’t over. Can you imagine if Republicans had pulled any of this nonsense? They’d be in prison already!

“other than through impeachment or incapacity”

And what did he say on the first abuse of power perpetrated by Pelosi against the actually elected Trump? Vindman was right?

And on the SECOND abuse of power by Pelosi, was he tut tutting about “insurrection” at the Capitol?

“Still not legal under Wisconsin law,” Steineke tweeted. “Beyond that, it would have no practical impact b/c there is no Constitutional way to remove a sitting president other than through impeachment or incapacity. Fools errand. Focus on the future.”

Focus on the future.....Exactly. It isn’t, or should I say, shouldn’t be about removing CornPop and Harris. It should be about making sure things are done right in November and every November in the FUTURE.

Decertify it. Make it known and public. But with the caveat that “there is no Constitutional way to remove a sitting president other than through impeachment or incapacity” and that the state of Wisconsin stands by its decisions/results from November 2020. End of discussion.

No matter how hard President Trump blows, and I’m one of those that thinks he’s one of the greatest President’s to ever hold the office, tell him it doesn’t and won’t matter in the state of Wisconsin.

But, also tell him, what will matter is, going forward, May the best person win and it’ll be done fairly and openly.

Because if they exposed this whole thing and showed that CornPop shouldn’t have won Wisconsin, IMHO, a couple of things happens:

1. The statewide offices are fair game and now any of the election results from 2020 can be scrutinized.

2. This could cause an avalanche in Arizona, Georgia, and the other states. If it’s shown that the same things happened, which we all know it did, CornPop and his admin are lameducks from now on. They won’t be able to get one thing done. Especially if Republicans take Congress again. I don’t care how many Assistant Democrats are left.

Yeah, Mr President, we’re not going to do that. You’re not even supposed to be there, nor is VP Harris, so why don’t you just enjoy these next few couple of years and enjoy the plane rides, we got it from here. Because everything he has done, tries to do, the picks for AG & SCOTUS will forever have that cloud hovering that none of them are legitimate.

Think of the lawsuits that could be brought. People could probably drive the man to resign the seat and then Harris would be in no better position, as neither are legitimate.

Point of order. He’s not President.

He was sworn in under fraudulent circumstances. NULL AND VOID

Signed, ID’d paper ballots is the only solution. No mailed in ballots other than those that followed legal procedures.

Republican Assembly Majority Leader Jim Steineke

It’s not enough to throw these RINO coup plotters out of
office. They need to be thrown in prison awaiting death row.
