Actions That Could Be Described As War crimes Being Reported In Ukraine - Actions that are being described by some as war crimes are allegedly being carried out in Ukraine by Russian forces. One video was posted on showing what looks to be a Russian tank rolling over a person's car in Kyiv. The driver of the car was allegedly still inside according to Ukrainian UNIAN news.

Another report by Anastasiia Lapatina, a Journalist in Ukraine says that the Russians seized two Ukrainian military vehicles, put on Ukrainian uniforms and moved to the center of Kyiv followed by Russian military trucks and cited the 'Deputy Defense Minister' as the source. Later she posted that the group had been neutralized. Another person replied to her post saying that such a thing is a 'blatant violation of Article 39' of Protocol I of the Geneva Convention (a war crime).

Anastasiia Lapatina replied with "plenty of those in Ukraine at the moment. Both videos and war crimes".

One person on social media told us the tank was Ukrainian. We told them to post evidence that it was Ukrainian, and not Russian like the UNIAN news site claimed or we keep the video up. So far we only see evidence that it was Ukrainian.

Ukraine Reportedly Retakes Kyiv Airport From Russian Special Forces - Ukraine forces claim they have reportedly re-taken Kyiv airport from the control of Russian special forces. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered a full mobilization of troops.

Antonov Airport, which was being guarded by Russian airborne troops on Thursday would have been an invaluable asset to Russia, allowing them to ship more troops and military equipment to Kyiv.

Kyiv, Ukraine Bombarded By Russian Rockets - Kyiv, Ukraine has been bombarded by Russian rockets. Photos from Kyiv's local news show an entire skyrise apartment complex nearly demolished by rocket fire (join us on social media or telegram to see photos and videos). Some rockets fired by Russia at Kyiv were reportedly intercepted, but many hit their marks (or missed their intended targets).

Three people were reportedly injured in the rocket fire on Kyiv. The building was damaged so badly that there have been reports that it entire complex may fall in on itself at any time. According to the Pentagon Russia fired 160 missiles into Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Says 137 Ukrainian Soldiers And Civilians Killed, 316 Injured In Fighting With Russia So Far - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says 137 Ukrainian military and civilians have been killed in the fighting with Russia thus far. 10 officers and 316 injuries have also been reported elsewhere.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Says 800 Russians Have Been Killed In The Fighting So Far - Ukrainian Defense Minister Ukrainian Defense Minister Hanna Maliar put out a report claiming alleged Russian military losses (as of 03:00 24.02.2022): 7 planes, 6 helicopters, over 30 tanks, 130 BBM. The Ukrainian Defense Minister says that about 800 Russians have been killed in the fighting so far.

Turkish Ship Near Odessa Allegedly Hit By Russian Missile - A Turkish ship off Odessa is reported to have been hit by a Russian missile (some reports say bomb) which was 'misfired'. There weren't any reported casualties, but the incident according to Samuel Ramani (@SamRamani2 on Twitter), could put pressure on Turkey to block Russian vessels from entering its straits.

The 'misfire' incident with Turkey is not a good situation. If a NATO member gets involved in the war, NATO and the United States will all be pulled into it as they are required as per the North Atlantic Treaty Organization article 5 agreement to defend other NATO members, which would likely lead to an all-out World War.

Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization states that an attack on one NATO member is an attack on all NATO members. Article 5 has only been invoked once in the history of the organization in response to the terrorist attacks in September 11th, 2001.

Decentralized International Hacker Group 'Anonymous' Declares Cyber War On Russia - The Decentralized international hacker group 'anonymous' has declared cyber war on Russia via Twitter, seemingly over Russia's war declaration on Ukraine.

The group tweeted on February 25th saying "The Anonymous collective is officially in cyber war against the Russian government. #Anonymous #Ukraine".

The only war crimes I’ve seen is a wounded captured Russian being forced into a propaganda film.

“If a NATO member gets involved in the war, NATO and the United States will all be pulled into it as they are required as per the North Atlantic Treaty Organization article 5 agreement to defend other NATO members, which would likely lead to an all-out World War. “

No, we are required to take whatever we deem necessary. That can include a letter or a protest. It can include armed force, but does not require us to go to war with the biggest nuclear power on earth because a Turkish cargo ship caught a round in a firefight.

“Article 5

The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defence recognised by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area.”

Attacking or firing upon foreign flagged vessels is an act of war upon the nation whose flag is flown on those vessels.

And Russia has already made pubic their intention to fire on foreign vessels in Ukrainian waters that are now claimed by the Russian pirates.

Now they call it a “misfire” when they realized that Turkey can and probably will retaliate for this act of war by closing off Russia’s access to the Mediterranean Sea via the Dardanelles.

Guess they didn’t hear or still don’t believe Putin’s warning to stay out of it. Whatever, doesn’t bother me. I just wish we could get some better videos of the fighting... but oh well!

Putin has no right to say who can come or go at a Ukrainian port and if he persists in further acts of piracy then he can expect that Turkey will cut him off from access to the Med.

And NATO will fully back Turkey on that action.
