I am glad that I am not the only one who sees it that way.

My highly educated engineer neighbor was born and lived in russia half their life and always says that Putin is not necessarily a good guy but that he is the guy Russia needs to keep it from being looted and stripped bare and that most Russians see it that way.

For many decades, the Catholic Mass was immediately followed by prayers for the conversion of Russia.

In 1965, Vatican II put an end to this practice, but many churches continued anyway.

Are we now seeing the fruits of those devout prayers of millions of Catholics?

As Russia returns to Christ, America descends into paganism.

Now we have to pray for the conversion of the Vatican.

“ Now, the main thing to know about Ukraine for our purposes is that its leaders once sent millions of dollars to Joe Biden’s family. Not surprisingly, Ukraine is now one of Biden’s favorite countries.”

Can you say cash cow for President Retard? 🤪

I have an in-law who is Russian. Her Father was stationed at the USSR embassy in Rome when the USSR collapsed. After 1991, family went to live in Italy. Went to university in Germany. well educated and worldly.

I've met her whole family, who say exact same thing. Russia was being stripped bare by its oligarchs, a corrupt and divided government, and by Wall Street and NGOs. Putin at least brought the oligarchs to heel, made Russia stable and made its government functional for average citizens.

Is he a murdering Devil—Yes—but so is prince Charles (just ask Diana) and Bill Clinton (just ask mr. Brown) So too others— Is he a strong man—yes. Does he love his nation? I believe so. Is is a Christian? That’s up to the Lord, I can not see into his heart. He may have seen those he killed as treasonous and deserving only death. If it was in the best interests of Russia for anyone to die—they would be gone—even you!

As Russia returns to Christ, America descends into paganism.

Was it purely a coincidence that the West (Reagan, Thatcher, Kohl) and the Vatican/JPII all were aligned with firm and simple anti-communism in the 80s - and by the end of the decade, the USSR had begun to crash?

Now the West - and the Vatican - are all aligned with post-modern globo-homo wokism. Who will pray for us?

A sober thought to contemplate.

If Stalin and Mao were alive today, 25% of Freepers would worship them.

You've got the progressive thinking disease, my FRiend. Let's have big government and its cronies force the nation and middle class into paying for, and sacrificing for some asinine social-engineering scheme.

Only this time, its not welfare, green-charging stations, or free abortions for Detroit, its for make-believe "democracy" in Ukraine. And instead of calling them "white supremacists" when they disagree, you call them "Stalin worshippers."

Same coin, different side.

The question is, does what Putin is doing resemble more...
A. Hitler and Czechoslovakia
or
B. The Turks in Northern Cyprus (and by the way, they are still there almost 50 years later), is anybody asking the Turks to get out of Cyprus?

C. Most US Presidents enforcing the Monroe Doctrine since 1823. Putin doesn't want a hostile alliance on his vulnerable southern border, 300 miles from Moscow. Or to lose his only warm water port (Sevastopol, Crimea).

Not guilty unless proven otherwise.
Putin so far ranks with Churchill in saving western culture.
Tucker is leading the way and alludes to it.
Let's put the arguements on the table minus all the hearsay hate drivel BS.

I see churches on nearly every block in my state. Have you thought about moving from whatever sh*thole you live in?

Putin is a SOB but he’s in his own pond so I don’t really care. Bad for Ukraine. Not our problem. Putin started off strong in Russia but in the last ten years, things have stagnated in Russia. Putin’s corrupt so he’s enriching himself at the expense of his country. But for the Russians, things could get worse. And they were really bad in the ‘90s.

Tucker is good on a number of issues.

IMO > this isn’t one of them.

It’s not alright to annex territory from a neighbor nation in
modern times. If need be, hold a referendum and get consensus.
This wasn’t right. Most folks know that.

He claims many of those people speak Russian. Gosh, I sure
wish we could figure out why. Annexing territory and holding
it for a long period of time tends to replace a people’s
language. Who knew?

Putin says many Ukraine people want to be a part of Russia.
Hitler said the same thing about the Austrians. He swooped
in and kept right on swooping.

"Since the day that Donald Trump became president, Democrats in Washington have told you it's your patriotic duty to hate Vladimir Putin. It's not a suggestion. It's a mandate. Anything less than hatred for Putin is treason."

Putin reneged on a promise to demRATs to steal the 2016 election for Clinton and they've been acting like a jilted lover ever since.
