Exactly. They want Trump so bad that they have pursued things that : 1) will not be helpful. 2) Will set a never ending precedence for further POTUS investigations.
Trump’s fight was to force the courts to put in writing that POTUS records could be taken by Congress. Together, with other ‘record’ requests including visitors, it puts the executive on the defensive.
I predict they will find nothing, and that now it opens the door to Democrat records.....Including old POTUS records.
Who is going to examine it? The Republican Party? The Democrat Party? The media?
