At this point, the best option would be to buy gift cards with your crypto. That way you can remain anonymous. So Amazon, Whole Foods, other places that sell gift cards online. There are getting to be more and more of them.

There are also BTC ATMs at gas stations now I’ve been noticing. Would need a phone number for that though.
