Youngkin won’t have to worry about the rich liberals there much longer. They’ll all move to other parts of the state or to the Winchester area, along the West Virginia border, and into WV, so they can destroy those places, too. Then Loudon will start to look like the 3rd world, literally.
Northern Virginia is quite multi-national. If you like ethnic food,the DC area can feed you well.
You used to be able to buy a brand new house in the northern Shen Valley for about $150k. Now it's "from the 400's". The people moving to the valley are majority minority, e.g. Indian. They know all about shitholes, having come from them. Probably liberal, but definitely clueless about the country.
Fairfax is a good example of where Loudoun is headed. Still plenty of rich liberals in their new Reston Town Center knockoffs. But not far from those are new barrios with the lower class immigrants, and not just hispanic anymore. There are lower class Asian areas now. Also mosques have proliferated. Rich Muslims will spin off lower class Muslim areas. Then the no-go zones.
