I am not sure what else the truckers could do to to get someone ‘s attention.
No matter what they did, be it convoys, blocking roads, refusing to deliver goods, all would be condemned. That basically takes an effective means of protesting out of their hands.
If they all parked their trucks at home for a few weeks it would get everyone’s attention.
You can do it for a short while, to make your point ...
like CB says, this could have been defused early on ... but Justin preferred to smear & scapegoat, thereby squashing any chance he could ever meet with them
deliberately cutting off all your available escape routes from a crisis situation ... that’s stupid & lousy leadership, in the military AND in politics
