This looks like another “green light” for Putin. What about Americans living in Russia? Looks like we are looking at the Cut and Run strategy that worked so well in Kabul. Putin just demonstrated that Biden’s a “Paper Tiger” without having to fire a shot. If he will not use US troops to get Americans out—that means he will not use US troops to save Ukraine’s bacon if the war starts. They might well be pooping their pants in Kiev today.
