Hungary's Orban just visited Moscow, where he declared he wants no part of sanctions or NATO warmongering
The Bulgarian Government said last week it won't participate in any exercises or have increased NATO troop presence over Ukraine
Germany's foreign minister visited Moscow 2 weeks ago, and said the same thing and that they would provide no military aid to Ukraine
France's Macron and new German PM Scholz both will be traveling to Moscow to negotiate on their own with Putin, independent of the USA
America's allies are telling Biden and Blinken to get stuffed, but you will never hear it in the US MSM
Maybe the Russians can use stock footage shot at a firing range for the b-roll.
Any event that occurs AFTER Russia has loaded the border with Russian troops, should be presumed a false flag.

Let’s face it - the Russians are not new to this.
Of course, they would have a whole campaign plan for managing and manipulating International opinion. Key to that, would be a defensible casus belli. Defending the ethnic Russian, and/or Russian speaking communities in other Countries, has been their recurring theme.
They have been wargaming and planning these since well before seizing Crimea in 2014 - which was considered a masterfully conducted and innovative effort on the diplomatic/political/propaganda fronts.
