Not reforms to imporve the function of, or to fix a long time problme, or even to make things work better.
It’s to “enact other Biden Priorities”.
The Left doesn’t even try to hide it anymore.
The word “reform” has come to mean “act of vandalism”, as far as I’m concerned.
