Method for preparing quinine, the active ingredient in HCQ. Take with zinc. For reference, other videos I've watched recommend drinking about 1/2 C tonic water (which contains quinine) once a day with 50 mg zinc. Evidently this form of quinine is better than tonic water.
I drink tonic water, but never straight.
What is 1/2 C?

Basically, these DIY HCQ say 3 lemon skins + 3 grapefruit skins, simmered at low temp for at least an hour (some say long) COVERED to trap the vapor which holds the chemical compound you want. Wait for the contents to cool and the vapor to condense and then place the mix in container with lid.

Same recipe here but we add 2 tsp of olive oil, turmeric, garlic and 2,3 droplets of bleach.
Anybody here have covid and tried this concoction??
Just swallow a zinc capsule, don’t add it to the HCQ water.

I have not tried this myself, but I was taking the tonic water and zinc last year periodically and did not get covid during that time. I really prefer not to have the sugar in the tonic though so that’s why I’m going to make this.

No, quinine is not the active ingredient in hydroxychoroquine. Hydroxychloroquine is similar to quinine, but it has a chlorine atom added on. Quinine is no longer FDA approved in the US as a drug. An effective dose is very close to the toxic dose. Hydroxychloroquine is the replacement.
Internal sanitizer mixed with quinine and a lime for the vitamin C boost. Perfect covid prophylaxis.
