There are a lot of American Business Managers in Taiwan - a bunch just visited Columbus, Ohio - they are very under the radar on their escape plans.

Given that Alaska is a former possession of Russia, Freepers there might want to be circumspect about taking out real estate loans where they may be held personally liable.
