The thing about him, is he exploited the flaw in America’s healthcare industry since the 1970s.
Every aspect of healthcare tries to get someone else to pay for care. Since cost is disconnected from services and products, it’s in everyone’s interest to run up prices.
He just did it openly and mocked people while doing so.
