If the things that Ray Epps said and did do not merit charges being filed against him, then under what scenario could words and actions of ANYONE not directly involved be considered worthy of charges? For example, how could Trump or anybody else somehow be charged for the words they said or didn’t say if Ray Epps words, “you must go INTO the Capital” or the words and cajoling by tower commander man are not considered worth even looking into.
Whatever defense Epps is using to avoid prosecution should be available to all other political prisoners since he was most active in inciting the crowd.
