Bannon challenged Garland. Flat out challenged him. Bannon should mention that there are some good agents who are leakers spilling the details from inside the FBI.

I dont see anyone saying "Look, here is what we want to know, send us someone who CAN answer the question."
Because I dont see that, it all seems like political theater.

Not a bad question to ask but “actively participated” is a bit broad and could include agents sitting in a van somewhere. I would want them to answer whether any undercover FBI agents led the charge into the Capitol.
