Goldman Sachs said Sunday that it will join other major banks in encouraging employees in the U.S. to begin the new year working from home.

JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Bank of America have also asked staffers to work from home as the country endures a major uptick in COVID-19 cases fueled by the omicron variant.

I would hate to own commercial property, especially office buildings, in any of the large democrat controlled cities right now.

On the other hand, if you have a lot of cash you will be able to pick up commercial properties pretty cheaply next year. Buying real estate before hyper-inflation sets in and the stock market tanks is probably the best place to park money.

Preparing for war by reducing exposure. They know what is coming when the dollar is devalued, followed by hyperinflation, and a switch to a new world reserve currency.

Not sure they will be even attractive to convert into housing for the "homeless" (the PC term for chronic winos, druggies and crazies) because there won't be enough workers in the vicinity to make a living panhandling.

We used to like going to downtown Pittsburgh-- Pirate games are very affordable and the arts and entertainment district was excellent. There was fine dining, river cruise ships and more.

Now, it is just a good place to catch a bus back to Westmoreland County if you are unlucky enough to have to go there for work.

“A Sheriff’s officer is posted there who says no tellers are showing up for work. So why is a police presence necessary?”

Because no tellers showed up. People may decide to make their own withdrawals.

I met someone whose business is to convert office building space into medical and research labs. Business is booming! It makes sense—that kind of research needs to be done in person and they need the space.

So it’s not just condos. . .

Instead of protecting the vulnerable, since the beginning of this pandemic, we have protected the well paid tech savvy mostly younger people who can work from a computer at home. Meanwhile working class people had to go out every day and perform services.

"As long as the ATM is full and my account balances, I’m fine."

I do believe those are two of the key concerns.

Now with a democrat coup at the FDIC your money can be stolen and they are note responsible
