I’ve been using povidone iodine as a nasal spray/mouthwash for months, every time I’ve gone out in public. I also used it in November when I might have had C19 - used it to knock down viral load nose/throat.

Here are the two articles I saw a good while ago - FLCCC has povidone iodine & the Cetylpyridinium chloride mouthwashes on their prophylactic/early treatment protocol:

I got the swabs from CVS a while back. I don’t think it will hurt to use them in the nose.
