I’ve been using povidone iodine as a nasal spray/mouthwash for months, every time I’ve gone out in public. I also used it in November when I might have had C19 - used it to knock down viral load nose/throat.

I have for years squirted this into my water pick tank. Squeamish types won’t like the taste.
Been told those with thyroid issues have to watch Povidine treatment....maybe not use it

I got the swabs from CVS a while back. I don’t think it will hurt to use them in the nose.
