I am having my doubts here.
I even one of the packages were to be diverted (walk though any slum with a $5 bill) it would be a matter of minutes for a pharmacist to identify any pills in there.
If any of the contents were not normal pills, it would take a laboratory less than a week.
Claiming “unknown” ingredients sounds very mysterious, but is not particularly plausible.
I am having my doubts here.

The point is, if the Indian Government doesn’t officially announce how they defeated Covid in one province then every other response is speculation, sure you could obtain the package of agents that were used and easily determine what they are, without an official statement from the Indian government then everything else would be beaten back the media and pharmaceutical companies as speculation and labeled as misinformation and censored by the tech companies
and who’s going to volunteer to smuggle drugs out of India and into the US/UK etc?
I started studying Covid science back in March 2020. Once I heard about Uttar Pradesh I tried over several months to find out what was in the Kits. Finally a FReeper directed me to a site with this information:

I have no way of knowing if this information is correct, but it looks like a good Kit. Health workers went to over 90,000 villages, tested people, gave the kit when someone tested positive, and emphasized importance of isolation and social distance. You can see the kit contained items to enable people to follow such instructions. Regard the arrest of the Indian woman at WHO, the Indian government was not willing to do anything about her. However, the Indian barr association did. The wanted her arrested and charged with MURDER for her action against Ivermectin, which is part of the KIT, but was being used earlier. Don’t know latest results, but suggest intering words like Ivermectin India, Uttar Pradesh, etc. in the search window in the upper right hand corner here at FR. I did that last year. When I entered IVERMECTIN, there were over 50 articles listed, and one of them was about this Indian barr association’s murder charges against this woman. A lot of the use of Ivermectin has been with other components like zinc and vitamins, but all we are told is Ivermectin is useless WIthOUT details, and it is just an animal dewormer and people should not use it. Actually around 2 billion doses have been given to humans for such horrible diseases as Elephantiasis and Riverblindness, and cured large numbers. This was a Nobel Prize winning discovery with amazing medical results. Google it!!
