Me too. I'm in Alabama (snow cover isn't an issue for me either). My 10 kW solar panels with 30 kWh of batteries provides a hair over 50% of my electricity in my all-electric two-story house. It'll pay for itself in 9-10 years, assuming electric rates rise only 3%.

34 375W panels and 10kWh battery for us. ;-)

We MIGHT add more battery capacity *IF* the price ever comes down.

We still have two generators available. REM: we live in the sticks of N GA.
