You can also put a lock on his credit, via the credit agencies. For credit cards, you could have them send you an email when some threshold is charged, say $200, but you may also want to cancel existing ones and have them re-issued. Probably stuff you can do with bank accounts too, but I’m not as familiar.
I just checked his credit report and nobody made any inquiries about his credit yesterday so right there is proof the guy was lying, no record of anyone making any soft or hard inquiries. I’m going to get him to freeze his credit so we have to call up companies like Equifax, Transunion. If they do take out a loan on his credit, he will be informed of it right?
