Yep, he was scammed out of $300K a few years ago through a gold scam originating in Accra, it was unbelievable what he fell for and he use to be a cop!! Of all people to fall for scams, but something happened to his brain where he lost all ability to be objective, suspicious and he refuses to see a neurologist.
