If you have a job requiring regular COVID tests, then the cost of the stupid tests is prohibitive. I understand why they are rushing to get them.
Same. I’m 100% sure I had it. Had lung issues, loss of taste, the whole works. All tests showed negative. Had a close relative have it and was exposed.
Lulz. I doubt they could give them away here.

It was just my mother and I. We were also cooking for my neighbor/cousin and his invalid wife.
Things were going all right (which was unusual) until I cooked my macaroni and cheese. Since we were cooking for two extra people, I added more macaroni.
Being the disaster area that I am, I added too much macaroni and we ended up with seven quarts of Mac and Cheese. I’m not exaggerating.
I thought it was hilarious, but my oh-so-perfect mother wasn’t amused. At least it tasted good and my neighbors and my dogs enjoyed plenty of Macaroni and Cheese, lol. My dogs and I will still be eating on it on New Years’ Day:)
Sadly, my sister also lives in fear of the China flu. My family is extremely dysfunctional, so her fear of covid-1984 wasn’t the only reason she didn’t attend.
That takes the cake!

Wonder what it would be like on FR if we had just one day where ‘nothing’ related to covid, shots, data, etc. wasn’t posted......that other things were really happening in the world.
