I hope they’re not hoarding bananas. They’ll be disappointed in a couple of days.
They’ll do something to preserve them. Pickled bananas, freeze dried bananas, just plain dried bananas, whatever. I wouldn’t put it past them to salt them. They got some weird ideas about food.
