Biden’s mandate was stopped by a judge and then later, reinstated by a 3 judge panel. The case has been bumped up to the Supreme Court. Whether they will take the case or not remains to be seen.

Courts have rules, States have passed laws, and companies said forgetaboutit. OSA doesn’t even have the people to lose trying to enforce this crap.

NYC Mayor De Blasio didn’t even give a number. ANY business in the city must have every employee vaccinated by December 27. Yep, even if you work for yourself.
