Bourne School Committee Member Fired From Teaching Job Over Conservative Tik Tok Video Running For State Senate

Kari MacRae is trying to make the best of a less-than-ideal situation. The Republican from Bourne who serves on her town’s school committee got fired from her teaching position at Hanover High School less than one month into the school year over a Tik Tok video in which she expressed conservative views; there is also an ongoing recall effort in Bourne to try to oust her from the school committee. Now, she’s running for the Massachusetts Senate in the Plymouth & Barnstable District. MacRae told NewBostonPost she’s running for state Senate because of the outpouring of support she has received over the past few months, including people urging her to run for a higher office. “I just had so many people supporting me, telling me thank you for standing up, not resigning, and telling me I should run for state Senate,” MacRae said in a telephone interview. “One person told me I should run for Congress, but you already have Jesse Brown running. I told my husband that quite a few people had told me to run for state Senate and he said, ‘Let’s look into it.’ We really started looking and I went, ‘You know what? I’m not getting a full-time teaching position in my state anytime soon.’ Nobody wants to hire me now because of the Left’s lies, to be quite frank. They don’t want that kind of attention and publicity in schools. Maybe it’s a sign that I should do something different.”

I divide the Left into three major categories, and I do this because one size doesn't fit all of them uniformly. The only one of these three I will deal with are the "Liberals". The other two simply must be avoided and/or fought:

LIBERALS: This makes up the largest segment. Liberals obviously have a large number of subdivisions inside that category, but the major themes are that they are emotionally driven, intellectually lazy, and immature. These people are not interested in political detail.

They are the kind of people who might say things like "What's wrong with same sex marriage? It's just a personal thing...", "Why shouldn't the government give everyone a sum of money each month to every citizen?", "Blacks have suffered injustice in the past, we should provide them with money as compensation." If their kids came home from school and asked to put a BLM sign on the front yard, instead of asking them what they are saying at school about BLM, just look up from whatever they are doing and say distractedly "Oh, sure...just don't put it too close to the mailbox." And they vote Democrat. Basically, bleating sheep.

They are the largest group of "Useful Idiots".

There is hope for some of these people. They may grow out of it, have life experiences that change them, or "get mugged".
THE TRUE BELIEVERS: These are the cannon fodder, the foot soldiers of the Left. They make up groups like Antifa, BLM, and Moveon.org. They believe all the Leftist BS to their core. They are the ones who go to the protests with megaphones to drown out conservative speakers, and yell, their eyes bugging out of their fevered faces with spittle collecting on their lips.

These people should be avoided. They have no redeeming value to civilized society.

These are the ones who get dragged away once the Marxists get into power, and scream "Why are you doing this? I'm on your side!"
THE POWER PLAYERS: I honestly don't know what to call these people. "The Evil Ones" or whatever. They make up the smallest portion of the Left, they don't believe any of their Leftist claptrap about fairness, equality, or any of that, though they mouth it incessantly. To them, it is all about money, power, and ultimately, control. And that's it. They are cold, single-minded, ruthless, and they understand the weaknesses of their opponents and the dangers their opposition hold for them quite well.
