A Virginia hospital was held in contempt of court Monday after refusing to administer ivermectin to a woman who has been battling COVID-19 since early October.
What are the details?
Kathleen Davies, a 63-year-old northern Virginia woman, became severely ill with COVID in October, and she has been on a ventilator since Nov. 3.
Davies was prescribed ivermectin by her family doctor, but she could not complete her regime upon being admitted to the Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton. That's because the northern Virginia hospital refused to administer the drug, "citing medical, legal and practical concerns," the Fauquier Times reported.
Davies' son, Christopher — who works at the hospital as a radiologist technician — urged the hospital to administer the drug as his mother's health declined and all other medical treatments had been exhausted. But the hospital continued to refuse.
So on Dec. 6, the Davies family took legal action to compel Fauquier Hospital to administer ivermectin. Just one day later, Loudoun County Circuit Court Judge Jim Fisher agreed with the Davies family and ordered the hospital to administer the drug in compliance with the family's wishes. Shockingly, the hospital ignored the order.

There is reasonably solid evidence that ivermectin docks to the spike protein itself to prevent binding to the ACE2 receptor which is the primary pathology causing the tissue damage and clots related to SARS-CoV-2. Therefore, this is also an implication that this ability of ivermectin to disable the binding of the Spike protein including the vaccine-produced spike proteins. Background/Aim: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). One drug that has attracted interest is the antiparasitic compound ivermectin, a macrocyclic lactone derived from the bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis. We carried out a docking study to determine if ivermectin might be able to attach to the SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding domain bound with ACE2. Materials and Methods: We used the program AutoDock Vina Extended to perform the docking study. Results: Ivermectin docked in the region of leucine 91 of the spike and histidine 378 of the ACE2 receptor. The binding energy of ivermectin to the spike-ACE2 complex was -18 kcal/mol and binding constant was 5.8 e-08.
Conclusion: The ivermectin docking we identified may interfere with the attachment of the spike to the human cell membrane. Clinical trials now underway should determine whether ivermectin is an effective treatment for SARS-Cov2 infection.

i understand that hospitals don’t want liability for giving non-standard treatments and medications. Who wants to be sued. As soon as the court orders that things be done another way that liability is removed from the hospital. So why do they keep fighting it?
because every time it works and saves someone’s life it provides evidence the hospitals, doctors etc who wont prescribe it are wrong...

They can’t risk people think that they don’t have to get the Jab.
There can’t be any alternative treatment.
The judge can arrest and jail the administrators of the hospital and\or the board that oversees the hospital.
If your family member is in the hospital on a ventilator they are not just going to release them. Its tantamount to murder in those circumstances to just allow the patient to be removed, unless that removal is via ambulance to another hospital that can support their vent needs.
the three hospital systems in my area are all going to have the same policies, so you’re basically screwed.
