I believe most of the fraud was extra mail ins counted at the processing centers. by “processors.” Here in PA The votes at the machines are all tabulated and counted/verified at the polling places. There were 29K more mail in ballots counted than there were mail in voters recorded in Delaware county, PA based on the county.

This is where they lose me. Why tell anyone you know about this piece of paper until you have it in your hand? If it's real why do these people give their opponents a heads up?
