It depends on what you're using the mouthwash for. If it's just for the usual breath-freshening then no. If you are using it because you think it'll cure your Covid then 'moonbat' may be appropriate.
So doing something that does no harm to oneself while believing in a possible placebo effect makes someone a moonbat? Got it.
