If I use mouthwash, regardless if it confers any defense against COVID, am I still a moonbat for doing so?

It depends on what you're using the mouthwash for. If it's just for the usual breath-freshening then no. If you are using it because you think it'll cure your Covid then 'moonbat' may be appropriate.
