Employees at all other Penn State locations are subject to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on vaccination and testing, which applies to employers with 100 or more employees

When the "Emergency Temporary Standard" is over everyone can get unvaxxed, right?

They should bring lawyers and “re-educate” Penn State as to the consequences of what happens when an employer forces an employee to do something and an injury of some kind results.
