Kagan: Abortion ‘Part of the Fabric of Women’s Existence in This Country’

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan said Wednesday that abortion is “part of the fabric of women’s existence in this country” as she tried to defend the 1973 Roe v. Wade precedent in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Heath Orgnization case.

Kagan took a firm line with Mississippi Solicitor General Scott G. Stewart, who appeared during oral arguments at the Court to defend Mississippi’s controversial 2018 law banning abortion, including in cases of rape and incest, before 15 weeks of pregnancy.

Very interesting Oral arguments today. And here is the sad fact.

Roberts can make all the noise he wants, but he could care about the law. He is going to make that noise and then cower in the corner and cajole his sock puppet Amy Coney Barrett and his co-coward Brett Kavanaugh to back down and come up with some mush decision that changes nothing.

She sounds like Darwin, who wrote in his infamous book Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection or the Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life that the slave-making red ant colony would cease to exist without enslaving the black ants. Darwin and the pro-slavery Dims believed whites needed slavery to survive as a civilization, just like Kagan and today's war-on-babies Dims say women need to butcher babies to survive.

I'm glad Darwin lost his argument. Hopefully Kagan will lose hers too.
