In 1977, the percentage of guns in DC, confiscated by the police, which were homemade, were 20%. In 2010, the number without serial numbers were over 12%. In 2021, the number of "Ghost guns" whatever that means in DC, was about 16%.

DC politicians ... have a political solution: pay people more for snitching on people with guns ... Interestingly, in DC they're paying people to snitch on BLACK people.
Kind of reminiscent of the fugitive slave laws, and the first and original "Gun" Control laws which were implemented for the unique purpose of disarming freed black slaves only.
