The Chinese province of Henan is building a surveillance system with face-scanning technology that can detect journalists and other "people of concern". Documents seen by BBC News describe a system that classifies journalists into a "traffic-light" system - green, amber and red. Journalists in the "red" category would be "dealt with accordingly", they say.

We are witnessing the internal collapse of China at the hands of yet another psychotic dictator. All the propaganda in the world won’t change the fact that such totalitarianism always ends in disaster.
China will never lead the world. They are a racist Han Chinese nation that treats minorities abysmally. The entire world knows that Chinese contracts and agreements are worthless. Sure they have a huge military and like to tell everyone who great it is. Yet the world goes to the USA or Russia or Sweden or France or anyplace but China to buy arms.
The Chinese “miracle” is over. All they have now is increasing internal oppression and the bullying of smaller nearby countries. As their internal infrastructure crumbles.
