Do vaccinations violate Christian belief?

Christianity is not a monolithic religion.

Rather, it encompasses a wide spectrum of individual religious confessions, and while they might all acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, you will find a great diversity of doctrines and dogmas relating to individual points of faith (e.g., on drinking alcoholic spirits, on which day of the week the Sabbath is to be kept holy, abortion, vaccinations, etc.).

By the way: How long before you complete your studies on Earth life and return to your home planet?

Regards,

And now we'be identified one opposed to Covid testing and masks.

As a matter of faith.
