You will notice that lately, the feds make up a lot of things to make you "take the ride" even though you aren't guilty. Lately, they have made sure that "the ride" is punitive enough to make sure that you paid the price for your actions even though you might eventually be found not guilty. The law means nothing to these people. Just look at the political prisoners in DC.

Twenty FBI tactical force agents have no problem dealing with women, children, and old people. Like-minded individuals need to start banding together and planning on how to deal with the feds when they start a full-blown attack on the American people. There is power in numbers, if those numbers can act as one.

I have a couple of questions about the rifle. If you look at the pics of Kyle at the riot, his rifle has an optical sight mounted. In the pic of the prosecutor pointing the rifle at the jury, the rifle has no sight of any kind. Is it he same rifle? If so, it has been tampered with. No sight. If not the same rifle, was it entered into evidence? If so, on what grounds? If not entered into evidence, how did it get into the courtroom?

That been addressed. The optical sight was removed to allow it to fit in the evidence box. It’s immaterial.

It appears in the first photo that it might have had a optic viewer above the rifle. One that is easily removed from the rail.

If the optic was not Kyle’s, it would be logical to remove it.

The optic had nothing to do with the functioning of the rifle.

That would explain the absence of a front sight on the barrel.

I bought a .308 Savage rifle recently. It came with a scope mounted on it. It had no front sight or mount for one on the barrel. It is a very simple, clean design and is exceedingly accurate.

Interesting how the people on the left can’t seem to see the difference in the Kyle case and the one in Georgia. It is true that criminals were killed in both cases. The dead people were not heroes. But the difference was that Kyle ran away. While the people in Georgia pursued the person who died. And that is the difference between a crime and freedom. That is why antifa tries to provoke people into taking a swing or pointing a gun. Then they beat the crap out of the person. Of course they get it wrong from time to time. They are just a bunch of thugs themselves.
