Ha ha ha!! I guess the Judge forgot that Gore called Bush and conceded, but then called Bush back later, and said he’d changed his mind. He withdrew his concession, and was the first to file a lawsuit to cherry pick specific Democrat-controlled counties for recount. Bush ended up having to counter sue to stop the recounts. More than a month passed before the Supreme Court rendered a decision...and the rest is history. Sorry Judge, Al Gore couldn’t even carry his own State in 2000, receiving 47.28% to Bush’s 51.15%. And he didn’t accept the election results like a man. And in the 2020 election, the Supreme Court chose to ignore the 2000 decision as it applied to the various States where election laws were changed arbitrarily by public officials, and not by State Legislatures. Plenty of illegalities occurred in 2020 that had nothing to do with actual ballots, but the Supreme Court chose not to tackle any of them. They instead chose to give criminality a pass.
Gore lost and tried to steal the election after the fact. Trump won and had the election stolen from him. The “judge” is a communist.
Not even close. Gore conceded election night. His campaign manager heard of voting problems with some retardems and hired a phonebank in Arlington TX to make fake calls on how votes may have been surpressed. Gore then took away his consession, drummed up this hanging chad crap and only conceeded when SCOTUS said you cant cherry pick wher you count the votes, which in Gores case was where the cheating was most rampid.

After Gore put the country through a month of recounts and recounts of recounts, all of which showed that Bush still won, and fought all the way to the Supreme Court. Yes. What Gore did was despicable.

And No. 3 - for the next 8 years, the Democrats and their supporters kept on claiming Bush 43 was an illigetimate President who had the Presidency handed to him by the Supreme Court, so in essence they never accepted the election.
