Carfentanil is a weapon...

The idea was that an assailant could dose himself with naloxone for immunity and then somehow expose people to carfentanil.

Carfentanil can be absorbed through the skin if properly prepared...

I’m sure there are monsters out there who are evil enough to try such an awful thing..just look what happened in Wisconsin :-/
