It's to provide the time for all those round-table committee meetings to determine what material in each and every page needs to be redacted. If Pfizer and FDA had nothing to hide, a master CD-R set could be created in about 100 hours, using a very slow scanner. Assuming coffee breaks and lunch, and using a single operator, the job would take 16 days.

Then it's off to the CD duplicators to make as many copies as necessary.

Obviously it is all the redaction, by high-level bureaucrats, that takes the time.

For what it’s worth, the FDA is guilty of a massive cover up. They can’t release the data without giving the world access to it’s cover up. Thus the delaying tactic.

IHMO, the FDA knows/knew the debilitating effects the spike proteins have on the circulatory system. But this is a carefully guarded secret. Thus the ridiculous time period for the disclosure.
