I wish that would happen at our damn comm. college.

I’m figuring being out on my ear Dec. 2. Before I finish the semester. Preparing to do my own tutoring.

They put out rules but still begs a lot of questions. Could fall apart on its own but I doubt they will happily drop the mandate. Bunch of sheepish commies in this county and thlocal college no different.

I don’t know if they count as a fed gov arm at all or not. Being they probably get lots of fed money.

Two thoughts that may give you a better perspective:

1st, the Sixth Court of Appeals, which is where all the appeals are being consolidated to, is a Conservative court. The chances they reverse the Fifth Circuit Court's stay and ruling are pretty slim at this point.

At that point, the USSC may choose to NOT take up the case, which means the Biden/OSHA un-Constitutional mandate is done. Toast. Hasta la Vista baby!

Now let's say the USSC takes up the case. IMO, anyting's possible at that point.

IMO the fastest course of action is the Sixth Circuit Court upholds the ban, determines it's un-Constitutional and keeps the stay in place. The USSC refuses to intervene or hear the case, and it's over.

I think this is going to move quickly along and we'll know soon enough, as in right after the Sixth Circuit Court rules where this is gonna go. I don't think it's a sure bet that the USSC takes this up, as some are predicting.
