No argument from me on that.

Purely a political kangaroo court show trial.

Self Defense is their real target.

And just how in the h-ll is barring them from the courtroom going to put stop to this! They need to charge, arrest, and incarcerate him for witness tampering and then start filing more charges up the slimey MSM food chain.

Can you request no jury and just a judge in WI (bench trial)? Seems like this a good judge who would acquit Kyle.

Kenosha Police Dept.
@KenoshaPolice

Last night a person who is alleging to be affiliated with a national media outlet was briefly taken into custody and issued several traffic related citations. Police suspect this person was trying to photograph jurors. This incident is being investigated much further.

According to this, it is up to the Jury to decide in a Jury Trial, but I’m still looking for a loophole! ;)

https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/805/12

Of course, Kyle’s Lawyers will appeal if a guilty verdict is reached:

“Overturning Verdicts

In certain situations, a judge can overrule or change the guilty verdict that the jury has decided on. Typically, this is called one of two things:

a judgment of acquittal or;
a judgment notwithstanding the verdict.

In most cases where the jury has returned a guilty verdict, the defense will immediately make a motion to the judge to give either of these judgments (see our blog on How To Talk To A Judge). In almost every case, this motion is denied by the judge. However, the defense can appeal the verdict to a higher court.”
