Yes, he presided over the triumph of the policies of Ronald Reagan. Big whoop.
His political failures are fair game but still we should respect him the same way we did Ford who took over a divided nation. Souter and ‘No New taxes’ was on him but he really took it to Dukakis. I was proud of him. You all(few)should not go the naysayer MSM route. Like another distinguished POTUS “this is not who we are”.
